    Some bike shots

Some shots of some Ducati's, one was my old 250desmo Silver Shotgun and the others belong to a friend of mine that got me addicted to bikes!! These were taken quite a while ago but thought i'd share them anyway.

He had two red bikes, both were Ducati's 250 Mark 3's. I've attached some more pics of them.

The silver on the desmo is a silver fleck paint, you have to paint it from a distance so all the flecks stand up at different angles and then have a heap of gloss over the top, makes it quite 3D in person. The famous "Green Frame" of Paul Smart was painted the same way. I saw it over in Italy at the WDW and is was Gorgeous in person.

    Nice bikes
You lucky bugger! you made it to the WDW, I tried so hard to get there!

I've owned 5 Dukes including a 944 Monster which was attitude on two wheels

I've since succumbed to an Aprilia 1000, but still have a real soft spot for Ducati's

It was a really good time, we met Paul Smart who took us into the guest tent and chatted to us for ages. Really nice down to earth guy. We got to go to the Ducati Museum as well which was nice.

I love Monster's, but probably my favourite would still be the original 916. Such a gorgeous bike. I always wanted to buy a little Cagiva Mito as well, they were stunning looking bikes.

I've got some video from the Ducati Rally that I could pull out if you are interested. It's still on my old format Sony but i'm sure I could have it transferred onto something? I remember recording the procession of the bikes on the road and must have been recording for about 10 minutes, i've never seen so many bikes in one place....EVER! I've also got some footage of the F1 car racing the bikes I think.

Let me know if you are intersted.

I've got some photo's as well but i'll have to scan them as it was before the age of digital..he he!

I'm a bike lover myself, both road, enduro and VMX.
Great quality pics and keep them coming.
I'm only new to DSLR and this web site so I might even have ago at putting a few pics of mine.

    Cheers
    Ken
