James, James, James my friend. Looks as if I have to teach you a few things about manual labour, and how to do it. Now be honest, is that really caused by a crowbar ???
    Cheers Peter

what can I say... it's a hazard of ripping out an old lift
I guess it could have been caused by strangling someone

ouch James....that musta hurt. I too am a self damaging sort of guy. Nice pic BTW although the dof is a bit shallow and your levels, curves and contrast are all wrong and the bokeh is too good...blah blah....

From my days in the building game, crowbars are referred to as "Black Snakes" because nobody wants to pick one up.

    Haha! Softie
I know your pain though. I started back landscaping and concreting a few months before Christmas (hadn't done that sort of work for years). Shovelling concrete, laying pavers, hammering in stakes for boxing up for concrete pours. Got some pretty good calluses real quick
    Attitude is everything!

Black snakes and now nails James. Thought Id help you out before you have a major injury at work and we dont want that to happen so I put a lot of thought into " how we can help you" and I recon you should be using some of these.

Then you can work your way up from these
