    PS image size

Can someone help with a little advice. I'm sizing my pic to upload to the site. I'm using PS and want the best image quality. My image is 30Mg large to start with. If I size it down to 1000 pixle wide (to load in AP) then the image size drops to 1mb which is still to large (it needs to be 250kb max).

So what do I change to meet the 250k limit without loosing size or quality? Do I drop the resolution down or is there a way to compress the weight so to speak? Hope someone can help. Cheers

    This thread may help.
You can't help but lose some image quality, but computer screens aren't able to display full detail anyway.
    Cheers, Lani.
