Gee It Was Windy Yesterday

Poor neighbours of ours

Was really windy yesterday and last night - we went out for the evening so didn't actually hear this happen - we only noticed this morning as the tree in the corner was gone - part of the neigbours yard has been cordoned off by the SES so they had them come round obviously noticed a few branches cut off. Tree is completely out of the ground and resting on the shed roof on the other side of the fence - lucky in a way it didnt go to the left cause it would have gone trhough our fence (this is about a couple of meters from out fence)

It's a big 'un! Good thing it didn't fall on a house. Been windy here and 113.5 mm so far since 4pm yesterday.

Yeah it is lucky only got a shed and the fence and not a house - it was just on the back fence line

Looks like no damage to Humans and that's the main thing, shame about the fence
It is a big one I can image that happening here too
With around 160mm of rain since last night I sure hope is doesn't

Yeah true if had been a person close by etc - if it had come over to our side it would have landed on ejs sorta cubby house bridge thing trev made her - she always plays up there
