I use this great program to reduce my images for web & email purposes
A friend wants me to email him hi res copies of images that I have sent him after reducing their size & pixel count using this program
I don't want to send him pics that will end up being 3 foot square & take eons to upload

can I have high res. & monitor sized images that can be sent via email ?

any ideas regarding this greatly appreciated

Euhm... high resolution means a high pixelcount. And a high pixelcount means either drastically reduce image quality by upping the compression factor or end up with a large file. It's a trade-off you can't solve I'm afraid.
