D200 + Lenses Need Cleaning and Servicing

Hi Everyone,

I have just got given a Nikon D200 and a couple of lenses (a 14mm Nikkor and 70-300 Nikkor).

I wish to get them all serviced and cleaned. I live in Canberra and was hoping someone might be able to point to a really good local company. If not, then I would assume that Nikon would be the best place to use if I have to send it away. Would that be right?

For a long time I was looking at the D60 and was coming close to purchasing a kit when my best mate, who has been living in Kathmandu for a few years now, offered me his D200, lenses and a nice carbon fibre tripod with a pano head. Needless to say, the gear is well used, and being in Kathmandu for a few years has meant that it has not been serviced (probably not since it was purchased).

Camera Clinic in Melbourne seem to have pretty good reputation toast.

I am not sure about anyone in the ACT and only really know about Nikon in Sydney so it might be worth ringing or emailing a few places to get quotes etc.
