    Aftermath

OK very much a flash beginner. Its all about using the opportunity to learn - so when I was instructed to remove the last batch of empties from yesterday's celebrations I thought I would have a go at lighting them.

This is simply one flash on camera and a second flash to the left of the bottle pile pointing straight up at the ceiling. Not wildly interesting shots sorry but I seem to have succeeded in removing the hard shadows.

Mongo sees that you had a relatively slow night.

People simply do not seem to understand when Mongo tells them me much prefers the Veuve to the Moet - always have.

BTW - the exposure looks quite good. Just needs a micron more contrast

    Yep

So sorry to have missed the party, looks like some pretty good stuff here, good pix though but in could be a little overexposed....
I've been wrong before!! Happy to have constructive criticism though.Gear used Canon 50D, 7D & 5DMkII plus expensive things hanging off their fronts and of course a "nifty fifty".

Now COME ON pay attention - I said it was the LAST BATCH of empties. Course we drank way more than that, this was the final bit we were too 'tired' to put out last night - so you ARE normal
