    Mornington Peninsula Meet Up 20/12

Had a great time at Pt Nepean today - ended up just being Keith (Speedway), Trev (Cougar and) myself

Actually was amazing all of us had Canons and every DSLR we saw there today seemed to be a canon - Maybe being an old fort it makes sense canons be there lol

Keith and another canon user (american/candaian possibly by accent) that was there firing their canons at the fort

Thanks Rick and Deb , Trev has one of me that he will post soon - Keith may have a pic of me also though he's on holidays for a few weeks so might be a while before see his

Yeah was a great day just a pity none of us got a pic of the 6ft tiger snake that crossed the road infront of the tractor train on the way back to the centre - tractor ground to a halt and this massive tiger snake was crossing the road - me and trev had put cameras back in bag - keith went to take a shot but had put the lens cap on just before there by that time the tractor had started moving again (we were in the front carriage)

    I'm so sorry

I got up and swanned about sipping coffee in my PJ's for a few hours and then remembered I should have been elsewhere

Hopefully next time there is a meet up I won't forget and represent the Nikons for the team lol! Looks like you had a great time
