I'm not much of a car person either (F1 being an exception). This is a mates car - some type of American automobile with around 800hp. 6 second quarter mile. It was on the hi tech hoist to get a mono bar fitted, because he did a mono at the last race and damaged the car when the front returned to earth. They say you can make a small fortune from motor racing...........

Love a bit of old school muscle ;p
found myself asking the same question, i'm surprises the drums handle that weight (ie. tyres aren't directly on the drum rims where the drums would be strongest.)Question : how do they get this rig down off the 44 gal drums after it is completed ??
That looks safe
it may not conform to OH&S in the strictest sense. the car however is very light. it is stripped, and the shell is fibreglass.
Couldn't he have found a sign writer that could spell ?
