Converting to B&W and skin retouching

Hi folks, just thought I'd share a couple of blog posts I've made showing different techniques for converting images to black and white and also another for skin retouching.

NB: Obviously these are written from my perspective and how I like to do things.

    Skin retouching.

thanks for sharing that...always nice to see how others do things. Personally i have never bothered with skin retouching beyond the healing brush for scares etc...mainly due to lack of knowledge how to. I have a reference point now
    Kind Regards, Deb

    Thanks Erin!
I'm always after tutorials or helping hints like these. There's lots of stuff on the internet but hard to filter out all the junk out there to find the good ones!
I'm starting to get into portrait shots and this will definitely come in handy! Much appreciated!
