    The other addiction

    Hi All,

I mentioned last night at the Light painting session that I'm also addicted to horses, and that I have a horse, so just introducting my other addiction:

Tanis - 10 year old nz bred thoroughbred - 16.2hh - I am interested in dressage, but used to love jumping (although I can see myself attempting the low levels of jumping again with this boy cause he's just such a good man.)

(please ignore the bad riding lol)
    Thanks for looking

Thanks guys - sadly he does suffer from qld itch, so atm his poor face has been rubbed and looks a little sad.

Tanis is such a good horse, I'm hoping to keep him for when Lily is old enough to ride him. she just adores him.

Try Vetex shampoo and lotion for the Qld itch - old bushie's remedy and I cured a white Arabian mare who was almost literally raw with sores with it. Available from produce stores and vet suppliers. Also, keep him off clover if you can, it can exacerbate it when combined with lots of sun.
