    purchasing CS4 Tutorials?

I was wondering is there DVD tutorials you can purchase for CS4, i know there is many videos on you tube and the like, but my interenet is that slow/crappy it cant handle them, and alas i cant watch them. So i'm looking for any DVD's that may be around.
I'm quite a 'visual' learner and seem to find it heaps easier watching or a step by step picture tutorial. (i'm not really any good when its just words!)

I'm mainly looking for tuts in regards to how to PP with the vibrant backgrounds, nice skin tones (sometimes even white looking) etc. I would like to aspire to get the same affect as shown on these sites
    www.jinkyart.com.au
    www.carrieyoung.com.au
    www.epiccphotography.com.au

Obviously i dont expect myself to be able to PP to the same standards as them, but close would be nice! lol

I see that Barb Uil runs weekend workshops which i think would be the most amazing experience, but unfortunatley being on the other side of Aus and with no one to look after my kids etc its just not possible...so i'm hoping i can teach myself the same kind off effects.

    TIA
    Nicole

Someone on this site recommended Beckham Digital and I purchased a DVD for Introductory Photoshop and have found it very easy to follow and immensely helpful.
He is based on the Sunshine Coast and when I phoned to order the Disc arrived the next day.

I'd recommend www.lynda.com, and specifically series by chris orwig.

I too prefer visual learning - but as photography enthusiasts, aren't we all visual creatures?

I also buy the occasional photography mag as they often have interesting tutorial CDs (UK ones espesially), and I've learnt a lot that way so far. Lerning by doing as they do can give you great ideas.
Currently experimenting with a Canon 450d...

    Thanks everyone! Really Appreciate it.

Just wondering what sort of 'tutorial' i would be looking for to get these kind of PP results (ie the vibrant colours, light/bright skin etc) i really like the look but unsure houw to achieve it, and not sure what kind of tutorial i should be look for if that makes sense? (I cant find the examples that i was thinking of but these are kind out what i'm meaning)
Am i just looking for a 'colour pop' tutorial? is that what this is?

Okay this one doesn't have the bright background but see how the people 'pop'
