Whats your Windows 7 boot time?

Whats your Windows 7 boot time?

Mines 1 minute and 17 seconds fully loaded with an internet connection.

Just wondering if people have a slower or quicker load time with W7.

Must say, I have never really timed mine, but it is heaps faster than XP was on the same machine.

I think my old Vista was quicker to load, but Win7 seems ready to roll once it's loaded, vista, like XP seemed to need a while to finish the housekeeping before being ready to go.

*looks about for some spare SSD's*
Sorry, HOW long did you say it took?

But really, overall boot times are going to be hardware dependant.
Win7 certainly appears to boot faster to a ready and usable state, as it's performance scaling continues to load background processes without much of a hit on the system; especially on a fresh install.

This is interesting. I am still way back with XP, and wondered what W7 is like and if I should upgrade. Sounds like positive vibes from here!

yeah. I really like Win 7. I skipped Vista, and went direct from XP to Win 7, I am very impressed with it.
