Hi Hans, I'll try and help you out here.

1. Make sure your image has a maximum size of 250KB.
2. Check that your image has the maximum dimension of 1024 pixels on the longest side, either the side or top / bottom.
3. To attach an image, click on the icon with the paper clip, this should bring up a new window.
4. Click on the BROWSE button, then select the location of where your image is, then you have to click on the UPLOAD button.
5. The system will warn you if your image is not within 250KB or 1024 pixels, and you will have to try again after fixing the image up.
6. If your image is OK, then click on the CLOSE THIS WINDOW link, and just click on SAVE on the main thread, and you're done!!!

Let me know if you need further help.

Edit - There is a free software which you can use for steps 1 and 2, it's called Irfanview. I'll do up a brief document if you need help with it, so let me know
