    Tripod Shadow Removal

First rule of Photography If sun is behind you you will leave a shadow.

The question is is this to big to hide with PS or if not what is a good way of doing it? It isnt a very good picture but I would like to keep it for the interest. I do have the raw file.

    Thanks Pete

It actually looks like a monkey doing pushups with the camera above its head to me....but maybe that's just the heat getting to me.
If you are using photoshop, zoom in on the shadow area and just use the patch tool, or clone tool, sampling from different areas outside of it to get rid of the dark part.
    Cheers, Lani.

Sorry, a bit off topic but may I ask: Is that a whale bone or a rock? Or other?
Whatever it is, its a very intriguing object.
