    EXIF information

    Hi All,

I see some people refer to the exif of images in here and would like to access that info also so I can see how/what setting are being used to achieve certain things. I have clicked the image and looked at properties but there is nothing there. I have copied the image into my editing software but there is no exif.
    What am I missing here?

    Thanks

what browser do you use, cause they are browser add-ons.

In Firefox, if you go to the Tools / Add-ons menu and search for exif viewer you will find a few. Download, install and then when you right click a photo, there is a new menu item. Remember that some members do not include exif data, so in that case you will not be able to retrieve it

Hi Adrian, PhotoME and XMP Explorer are both good exif viewers/editors and are free. Links are http://www.photome.de/ and http://www.logicmighty.co.uk/ (scroll to bottom of page for XMP Explorer) Hope it helps
