ok theres a driver for the launch button on their website http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1358 but i can only get it to download up to 83%an it goes no further im running windows xp any help would be great thanks

hmm some reason hotmail wont let me get the file
it is an EXE file. So maybe hotmail is stopping it cause exe can contain viruses?
