    32 bit/64 bit CS3/4

I don't have access to CS3/4 at the moment (and I have forgotten this) but can someone please tell me if you work on 32 bit files or 64 bit files in RAW, Photoshop & Lightroom. You have to convert of 32 bit when you save as jpeg etc. - is this correct. My memory is shot at the moment.
    Thanks for your help.

Hopefully this may help you Carmen. Some advice which I only learned a few days ago from Rick.

I was working on a HDR merge (first time) and couldn't work out why JPEG wasn't appearing as a save option for the finished item. Turns out the merge was 32 bit and I had to convert it back to 8 bit to save as a JPEG file. In CS4 to change this I went to IMAGE then selected MODE then scroll down and make the necessary change.
    Attitude is everything!

    Cheers, Paul
