Reducing file size for AP in CS2?

I have just started post processing in CS2 (thanks Rick) over PSE6.

As I am used to saving and working in jpeg in PSE and decided if I was going to CS2 I would work with TIFF.

So I have reset my image size to the longest side of 1024 but my file size is 9.02MB. How do I get this down to AP accepted size?

Hoping someone can provide me with step by step instructions? I can't work it out

    Thanks Heaps
