    Perpective Tool

Just wondering is there a easy or fool proof way of fixing the vertical lines in photos when using a wide angle. I was hoping there might be a freeware way of doing it or a easy few click option. I know when use Windows ICe etc panoramas it does it and hoping there is as simple way of doing it.

If I remember correctly Morgan you use Elements for editing...there should be something in the "filter" section maybe under distortion or similar...you should be able to do it simply.

In CS3 you can select Filter, Distort, Lens Correction which lets you adjust perspective in a few different ways. As Col said, there's probably something similar in Elements.

I use a plugin called PTlens. It works similar to the distort tool but automatically recognizes what camera and lens combo you are using and corrects barrel distortion. You can adjust vertical, horizontal, rotate etc. Its not free, I think about 20 bucks.

It also rins as a standalone program.
