Looks like it could have been on the lens then?
Either front or rear element, but changing lenses probably blew it away at some stage??
Use the healing brush in PS, that's what I do with dust in PS.... about the only thing I do with PS.
Zoom in as far as possible 100% is always a good start.
Such a small image is hard to work with!
Hi,I`m new to all this and have been sitting on the side watching and thought it was time to jump in. Have had a play with your photo using photoshop elements 5.I used the spot healing tool and it seemed to work,(well in my eyes it did).Hope this helps you out.
