Redesigning my website, how does it look?

I am overhauling my site, and while it seems to work on larger resolution monitors, I am not sure how it looks at lower resolutions.

Any advice or suggestion are welcome, I don’t want to get too far before having to start over.

It looks ok on my Dell laptop but the only thing I can find wrong is in the gallery section.
"Ride for Jayden" the pic is missing.
    Otherwise looks good
    Well done
    Cheers Peter

To me it is oversized on the main page, You really need to to be full size at 1024x768, Im at work on 1280x1024 and I need to scroll.

Apart from that it looks pretty good

Thanks, that was the sort of answer I was looking for. My major concern was the size on the main screen.

I've made a couple of changes to the front page, hopefully this will make it more user friendly to lower resolution sceens.

Please let me know what you think.

Get the Web Developer Firefox plugin - use its re-size option for testing.
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/60
You can create 800x600 and 1024x768 sizes and test with those.

Much better in size, Really Good.

But one more opinion on the left where you have "Welcome to Menzel Photography", Could you maybe put one of your best photos, doesnt have to be a link behind it, but just a great pic with a watermark on it that says Menzel Photography.

Looks good My only complaint would be the logo at the top. The bike is...sticking out I guess. It just doesn't work for me, perhaps feather those edges a bit and make it a tad more subtle?

At 1680 x 1050 it looks good and no problems with navigation, no scrolling required - it all worked really well. Looking at the New Zealand gallery, I would have really liked to have seen captions telling me the locations I was viewing. My only other suggestion would be to maybe have a look over the "about us" and the "pricing" page and fix the typos. (But I'm being picky). Great work, you should be pleased!
