First time photographing a paid event

    Hey guys,

My friend recommended me too his bosses 40th birthday next month cause she was after a photographer, so he mentioned me,

but im still a newbie im a bit worried too accept cause i dont want too stuff anything up or anything,

his boss will pay me but i dont know how much too charge either?

i will be editing some photos on photoshop also after,

    ive only got basic gear 450D, 430 Flash, 18-200mm and a 50mm 1.8.

should i just jump in the deep end and go for it? as it will be my very very first time doing this! it was all unexpected.

    what you guys think?

any advice would be greatly appreicated,

    thanks !

All you have to do is think of the implications if you stuff it up, or your camera breaks, or your flash runs out of batteries, or your card fill up.

Whst happens to your friend ?
