CS3 Border Question

Hello All,

I want to create a border for an image, however i do not want the border on the outside of the image.

I want the border to be about 5 pixels in and still have some of the image on the outside of the border.

Any ideas?

use the rectangle marque tool and add stoke> may help to add grid (Clrt ") or make the border on a seperated doc. and drag it onto the image. Can't follow it; yell.
