    Focus Magic is good if you've got a soft or slight OOF or motion-blurred image and you want to fix it. I was surprised to see that it was developed in NZ. http://www.focusmagic.com/index.htm

    This set of plugins, while not free (USD$25) was recently released by Anna Gay, and is a great set. Check out her flickr stream to see examples of her work with those plugins.

    Thanks for these. I've been using PS for years but only recently for photo editing. Didn't even stop to think about using plug-ins :/

    OnOne software have a tools suite and a frame suite that you can download for free. They are easy to use and sit in their own area in Photoshop.
