    World Today - Global Shutter

When I saw the article I wondered how old it was - but it has today's (same day as this post) date

    It's in the Sony A9.

    1/80000sec flash sync, anyone?

Not even for the bargain price of: "...the A9 III will retail for $5,999 USD ($9,327 AUD)...?

Interesting, I assume that as the A9 III is built around a 24.6MP sensor, it would be a direct competitor to the Canon EOS R3 which does not have a Global Shutter.

The newly announced 300mm F2.8 looks interesting too, all of which require deep pockets.

Pity it's so expensive, I would love this camera for my B.I.F shots, come on Lotto!

Really aimed towards those in specific professions and needs I guess, and for everyone else, if you can afford it, great!

Potentially it's taking a hit on image quality a little bit for high ISOs, but that being said, quality is so good these days, and with AI corrective software, a non issue almost.

I'm just waiting for this tech to trickle down to the RX10v... Or vi...

Now sits as an antique as it no longer focuses properly.

Wishlist: Sony RX10iv (or RX10v if it ever comes out)

That's what I was thinking, but for other cameras generally.
