    Exporting from LR To AP

I always find when exporting from LR to AP to fit the parameters required, I lose a lot of IQ.

These are the settings I use ....

Does anyone have any suggestions to improve my export settings ?

I don't use LR, and my "free" version seems to be free of any save function

But from looking at these settings, I'd say DO NOT specify the DPI setting - if you can.
Instead, use only the file size limit, the quality slider, and the long side dimension to
    determine how it is saved.

Why? IMO, they way you show it now, the 400KB limit will NEVER be reached, giving some
CARRPY lower resolution result instead, like something much less that that file size.

You can easily check if this actually happens: look at your saved file size and see if it's
    anything near 400KB.

Anyway, why don't you send it to Photoshop and then re-size and save it from there?

    Cheers Am,
All my shots for AP come out at roughly 350-400 KB ... I'll try without DPI setting and see if its better
    I don't have Photoshop

    ^Hmm!

OK, time to step back. First, let me tell you I went back through a swathe of your recent posted images
to try to identify the IQ loss you say. I can't say that any is particularly evident Could it be that
it's just not as good as you'd like?

I won't push this line until you get some more replies to your specific question about the LR settings, but
I'll keep an eye on this thread.

Sorry Cargo but I don't use Lr so can't really help. I can say that I always find your images very good and they certainly don't look low quality in any way. Possibly if comparing the original full size to the resized version you would notice some difference.

Cargo I use LR to do all those things you need while converting from RAW and I have it set to the highest quality.
I do not limit the file size either as large is better for me as I get Photo Books printed. Everything else is done using PS.
I am another one who cannot see any thing wrong with the images you post here.
