    Why is it so?

    I was just looking at Mark's photoshop puzzle in another thread, and it reminded me of this one that I saw the other day.

    Does anyone have an explanation? Beats me.......

    I always thought space(time) was quantized. This is clearly the
    result of one of those spatial interstices manifesting itself
