Getting back to Photopea ....

You can open it directly from here - https://www.photopea.com/

It loads the software into your RAM and they say once it is loaded, you can disconnect from the Internet, as both the software and the files are on your computer and not 'in the cloud'.

TechRadar gave it 5 stars and rated it the best of the online Photoshop alternatives.

I was able to open a RAW file with it. You can also open PSD files and a bunch of other formats.

Thanks for the heads-up on this, Glenda. We just held a Beginners Course and we will recommend this to those that want to learn post-processing.
