    Is Win 10 Upgrade Still Free?

    NOTE: This is for info only and perhaps discussion. It is NOT meant as a recommendation.

    Over on DPR, a user said he upgraded for free from Win 7 to Win 10 about 2 months ago. - That's 2 years after official
    free upgrades were stopped by MS.
