I have seen 12 month prepaid cards at Harvey norman and office works for lightroom and photoshop and was wondering if this also includes lightroom classic.

From my understanding (I could be wrong) these cards at HN etc are just like gift cards. You then go online and purchase the Adobe products you want with the card you have.

Lightroom CC (classic) comes as part of the photography plan : https://www.adobe.com/au/creativecloud/photography.html
As far as I know there is no way to purchase Lightroom outright any more (if that is what you thought classic was)

Go to the site and see if there's a choice - if the cards themselves don't say anything.
Aside: This link here explains the difference between LR Classic CC and LR CC.
