Broken praktica mlt 3

My praktica is in need of tlc and I’m not sure what to do.
I’m asking if anyone knows how to fix it or someone who can repair it cheaply.
Problems are; mirror closed,primary mirror stuck up and shutter jammed open.

This is the old film camera of yore, isn't it?
I'm not telling you to do this, but...

Have you removed the lens and tried to gently tug the mirror back down?
Can you check if there is gunk on the mirror edges that could stop it from
returning to its rest position?

Failing these two things, serious internal mechanism checking may be needed.

I don't know how it would go with parts. I'd foresee you would pay a quote to be told
"no dice". However, I would try asking them first.

Thanks for the help. I’ll give that a try and if all else fails I’ll have a collectors item to appreciate.
