    Stunning photos, but I wonder how much post processing was involved. I also wonder what gear he used?

    Impressive but I hate them. He's somehow managed to make real machines look like bad paintings.

    Sorry Jim, but I disagree. These are sensational. The lighting, the focus and depth of field are all just so well done. And, it looks like he is shooting with a Canon DSLR http://planepicture.com/about-us .

    He has some photos that you can download for screensavers for the aviation fans out there.

    I know what you mean, for me it seems like he's made it look like a studio setting, which has taken away the romanticism and mood of flight. They're lacking in emotion for me because of this, although I like the detail from an academic point of view.
