    Shiny Brown Beetle

    So shiny and clean looking, this beetle stopped still long enough for me to manual focus.

    Looks like some sort of very fierce gladiator with all those spiny hairs on the legs. No idea what it is but I‘m sure someone will know. Do you have a picture of the complete insect? The colours are amazing as is the detail. Thanks for sharing.

    Brigitte, your thoughts are very similar to mine, I find its colouring rather attractive. Weeds can also be very attractive.
