That 'Fight' on Friday night .....

Firstly, I'm embarrassed to admit to watching it.

'Farce' would be a more appropriate description than 'fight'. Two blokes past their prime, pushing and hugging each other, with more air swings than ladies day at the golf club.

I left before the decision was announced. I just didn't care who 'won' it.

The highlight of the evening for me was joining everyone at the pub in standing for the national anthem. Never seen that before. I don't think you have to be a genius to work out what brought that on.
    Cheers
    Kev

I don't know Am. I didn't see a cross to the dressing room.

Guess this is something he perceives that followers of Islam don't do.

Don't think it's got much to do with Islam. More to do with being a full-time controversialist.

I like cats more than boxing.
I don't really like cats though (opinion toned down here for those of you that like cats)

I hope you did not pay $60 to watch it? Even if it was not a farce, it was probably worth about $5 maximum.

The local pub forked out the bucks to show it and they will all the way to the bank on Monday. They had 300+ patrons that wouldn't have been there otherwise, eating and drinking, and hoping to see Uppity Anthony get sat on his bum.

One can only ponder just how real the animosity is between The Green Machine and Uppity Anthony, and whether they may have got together after the event, I won't call it a fight, and had a laugh at all the mugs that had just topped-up their respective super funds.
