Sounds wonderful but I'm not sure how I could use any of this stuff??

The pack contains a range of tutorials which you can use to improve either capture or PP and workflow skills, plus a range of pugins and tools for both Lr and Ps which can be used in conjunction with some of the tutorials. Largely its a cheapish way of getting hold of a range of usually much more expensive tutorials and some tools and plugins that are not normally free.
