    HAHAHAHA!!! Funny that this is such an old thread. When I joined AP I was thinking to myself, "geez there are lots of bloody boring birds here". I never understood the fascination with birds!

    But I should really contribute my own bird photos. Here is a photo if the well known bird, Gallus gallus domesticus the way it was meant to be. There are no feathers to ooh-aah about sharpness here. Instead you can admire how well I captured the garnish:

    Ahhhh ... finally, a bird photo I can relate to!! What a great shot .... it captures the very essence of bird photography. Nice and crisp too!

    It's only tongue in cheek ...... my cats have never been outside so have never killed anything. They are the best pets and great company! I've had them for many years.
