    exposure problem in CS6 RAW

when i load my images onto my computer the exif shows the exposure details correctly
when i open an image in RAW which is 2 stops under exposed the exposure value in RAW is something like +3.3
is there a setting i need to adjust so that the exposure is the same as the exif?
and a over exposed image at +3 in exif shows as -1.9 in RAW

I have CS6. I loaded the image onto the computer, opened it in Bridge and checked the Metadata details. Bridge and the camera gave me the same information on the picture.
I also opened the file in Photoshop and checked the data – File – File info. This also matched the information from Bridge and the camera. Bottom line is I can’t help you, interesting exercise though.

    Maybe try this...

Open photoshop and go to the raw preferences dialog (Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw...). In the dialog box check if auto settings are selected, such as "Apply auto tone adjustments". If selected then deselect and try loading images again.

    Cheers.
    Phil.

Some Nikon stuff. I shoot Mirrorless and Mirrorlessless.
