It looks like the K-1 will be shipping within the next week or two.
Has anyone here pre-ordered?
I haven't as I had to replace my car and now need to rebuild my savings....but the K-1 is pretty high on my list of wants. (Car was a need...needs trump wants).
It'll be interesting to see if it lives up to the promise - some of the features make it look like a great camera, especially for landscape and studio, but until it's out there we won't really know.
Pentax K-1, K-3 and some lovely, mostly Pentax, mostly prime lenses - DFA 15-30, 24-70, and 100 Macro, FA 31, 43, and 77 Ltd, DA* 200 & 50-135, DA 12-24, 20-40 (ltd), 15, 21, 35 (Ltd) Macro, 40, 50, plus a couple of manuals from way back and a few others for good luck.
I've not pre-ordered.
I'm interested, particularly for the touted lower sensor noise relative to my current gear, but will be waiting to see a few 'proper' hands on reviews and comparisons before making a decision.
