    TELSTRA Free Service Day

    Because of Telstra's service crash on 18 March 2016, they are going to "offer a free service day" on Sunday 3 April 2016.

    You can read about it in these links below, BUT, does anybody know if it will be available to Telstra Prepaid customers as well
    as those on plans? I was at a Telstra shop today and he said that mine - a prepaid service - would not be eligible. But he didn't
    say why prepaid would not be eligible. (Shop full of customers etc...)

    Are there any prepaid planners here who did receive the free day last time (??some months ago??) ? Does anyone have any
    info about this?
