D5200D7100 Limited talent, but lots of enthusiasm.
Not really, given the reason in Rick's post here. A $10 filter even more so.
And you would not leave a polariser on "all the time" as you'd get lots of unwanted effects.
For digital cameras you need a circular polarising filter (often just CPL), which I think are
usually more than $10.
