Been to Lombok / Mount Rinjani? Can recommend.

In October I went on a trek up and over Mount Rinjani, a 3,700m active volcano in Lombok, Indonesia. It was pretty spectacular - but quite a challenge.

Rinjani was one that I'd always planned to climb, but I never quite made it. Not sure that I ever will now. Did you get to any active bits?

No active parts unfortunately. It erupted a week after we did the trek!
