How Do You Do This In Win 7?

Guys. I've combed the Windows Update section of Control Panel in Win 7 but can't find an answer, and neither
    in Google searches.

Say you want a particular update: KB3035583.
I can check that it's NOT installed.
How do you find and install just it?

    Tony

It's a poor sort of memory that only works backwards.

have just received an answer from my son, who has every IT certificate you can get. His answer......Download it from the Micrsoft website and double click it to run it.

more updates from my son...."Oh that's the patch that enables the free Windows 10 upgrade. Might not be available for download"........then "I dunno"
I have been taking photos for 50 years. I am now trying to get into Photography

Tannin and TG, ta a lot. That's more info - I mean better info - than I found (and it was pages of it).
TG, tell your son Ta a lot too. He was spot on with the ID.

Now working through them (or starting to). Will advise on outcome.

Guys. Here's the state of play.
I finally downloaded that Update and "installed" it.
Scrolling up and down and checking by dates in the Updates list I still couldn't find it.
However, on a 2nd try I was told it was already there.

    OK, no update icon, but...
Went to the Win 10 page selected Upgrade, downloaded the tools...
and now about to press "Upgrade this PC now"...

    Here ges!
