Now that the hot weather is upon us, and having done a bout of chores in the mid-morning sun,
I came back inside and took half an hour to cool down... to the state of a cup of warm tea.

So for those equally traumatised by higher temperatures, what are some ideas that could send you into a spin?

For those partial to riding in air-conditioned coaches, I'll start by suggesting:

Get a new job!(if yours isn't like my new one).

I just started with a new mob that involves cold storage(and transportation of this stored cold stuff to some retailers that desperately require huge volumes of chilled goods).
It's 35°C and I'm wearing a warm polar fleece jumper .... coz it's bluddie freezing inside!

Then you go outside, and the 30°C change in temp knocks you out .. "but I no complain"
So there's my suggestion if you care for a spin of some sort.
(well, awkward head spins are the order of the day here but I'm trying not to stray too far off your suggested commentary).

Oh! and FWIW, the new job is really cool!
