Must add something to this. For years now, I have been changing my clocks forward on the Friday just before we should go forward. I get home from work and go round and change the clocks. I find that extra day at the new time makes it much easier to get used to over the weekend and thus, easier to get up when the alarm goes off Monday morning. So I have been on DST since Friday.

Good light is helpful when shaving, too
CC, Image editing OK.
I leave the main clock in this house on permanent daylight saving, otherwise I'm hopeless at coping with the change over. I hate it. I'm for the suggestion that all of Australia go onto half an hour permanent daylight saving all year around. At least I wouldn't have to try and adjust twice a year.
I figured that it is easier to NOT changing the camera clock for geotagging reasons, even travelling to different state/country.
My two main cameras do not have GPS built-in, hence I use Sony GPS-CS3KA. Keeping the camera and GPS tracker in the same timezone make life easier when syncing GPS locations.

I'm with Mary Anne on this one, though I was painfully aware of DST this time round as we had to be up at 7am , which was 6am , on a Sunday !! oh the discomfort...
It takes me an hour to change all the clocks....
Cheers Brian.

Well, I haven't combed my hair since 1999 - May 29, I seem to recall. Yes, I've still got hair.
