    Bit soggy at the mo

We have had some 180mm of rain in the past 24 hours with another 70-80mm to go. The State Highway north of here is cut due to a bridge being washed out and there is severe surface flooding elsewhere in the district. Somewhere under all this mess is the road out of here. I hope it subsides enough tomorrow so we can do some retail therapy. Beasts need meat.

So have you eaten the beasts yet? Or did the water go down before that?
That will be a photo you remember for a while.

    Beasts are all good.
I took a photo just like it about 6 weeks ago. Surprisingly it bucketed down then but not as much surface water. Last lot of rain wasn't all that heavy but persistant. Must have hammered down up in the hills. Rivers were all full this time around.
