Youtube Lightroom tips clip

I am finally starting to play around with lightroom 4 and came across this Youtube tute, which I have found to be an informative overview of some of the functions.

So for any one who has only been using the software that came with their camera or not started using lightroom.
Then this may help with givng an understanding of what the different sliders do.

Very int!! I watched 1st 5 mins, then skipped thru several mins here and there. I think it's a useful tute, and, unlike some
presenters, he's not over the top.
