    Fully Furnished Hillside Cave

I spotted these on my local walk today.
Knowing these tracks well I wouldn't think it would be easy to get there let alone dragging some chairs in.

Maybe it's like the Batcave and has a back entrance.
Or maybe various emergency services use it for helicopter winch training.
    Or ...
Well spotted. Wouldn't mind having a cuppa there.

What is real estate like in (presumably) South Australia?

In Sydney, this place would surely fetch way over any reserve.

(Hmm! On the other hand, it could be a portent of the future hereabouts!)

I am not sure what the environmentalists would think of plastic chairs in an organic setting - mind bending stuff!
