Don't know about cheap, but Michaels in Elizabeth Street are very reliable.

You might want to get a couple of quotes. I know that in Adelaide the prices charged can vary quite a bit.

Google "camera repairs sydney".
You'll get all the big city stores: George's, Paxton's, etc, and a few suburban ones. There's one in Ashfield.
Also try Whilton's in Elizabeth St, and another I can't remember the name of a block or so N of Whilton's still in ELiz St..
I just saw this at the end of this thread, and nearly missed it as a reply to Bit's Melbourne services.
Consider starting a new thread if the location is vastly different.
