Interesting. I wonder how accurate his version of events are. As seen all to often with these cases, each side has their version of events and the truth sits somewhere between them.
I do hope, as a photographer, he wins, but it will be interesting to find out what happens in the Court. Especially in relation to how the images got to Playboy etc (who are noted in the suit as well). I could be wrong, but I doubt that Playboy go to Shutterstock for images for their magazine etc.

Very true Rick, the truth is usually somewhere in between, and I would have thought that Playboy would have the own models that they would shoot then print.
